Shipping/Refund Policy
My preserves are my passion and my customers are my priority so if any of the products received at your end are damaged / broken in transit, please let me know and I will exchange or refund the products.

Parcel Post - $9.95
Express Post $14.95
*Bulky orders >5kg may be be subject to additional shipping costs
I do ask that if any products are damaged / broken in transit that you send me a photo to my email address so I can claim insurance with the courier.

Customers have 14 days after purchase to return broken or damaged goods.
Delivery
Orders will be aimed to be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase and or when payment is received. Express Post will be shipped same business day of purchase if received by 2pm if not it will be dispatched next business day.
